Returns & Exchange Policy

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. The customer has 30 days from the time of purchase to contact us about a return or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. 

How to return or exchange your order:

We do not provide free returns at this time. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us at their expense, and to also pay the return shipping back to them. We do not offer in person returns or exchanges, or at any of our wholesale locations.

Please follow this link to purchase the shipping of your new exchange back to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the exchange both ways:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damages.

Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive your exchange or return. If the item you are requesting to return is no longer in stock, we will notify you immediately. 

**If the item is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to teh nature of the order.**
